According to the survey, 49% of the company stated that they are using ChatGPT, of which 93% said they planned to expand their use of chat robots such as ChatGPT.

Among companies currently using ChatGPT, 66% use it to write code, 58% of them are used for copywriting/content, 57% are used for customer support, and 52% are used to create conferences or document abstracts.
Most companies also use ChatGPT to assist recruitment. 77% of the respondents said that this helps them write a job description. 66% of the respondents drafted interview applications with ChatGPT, and 65% are used to reply to job seekers.
In general, most interviewed company executives are impressed by the application of ChatGPT. 55% of people said that the quality of work of ChatGPT was “very good”, and 34% said “very good”.
